Poliklinika Salvea launches pediatric care app for parents in Croatia

Poliklinika Salvea introduced a new mobile application that lets parents schedule pediatric appointments, store family health records, and communicate with doctors without phone calls. The platform includes video‑call consultations and an AI‑powered virtual assistant that helps users identify the right specialist and provides basic symptom information. Director Marija Bošnjak said the solution aims to give families faster, more convenient access to pediatric services from birth through adulthood, especially for those outside Zagreb. All patient data and therapy reminders are consolidated in one digital space, reducing paperwork and wait times.

The app is intended to support routine check‑ups, chronic condition monitoring, and urgent advice, while emphasizing that artificial intelligence is a supplement—not a replacement—for medical professionals.
