Polish agricultural advisory centers host rural development initiatives

Agricultural advisory centers in Poland are hosting initiatives to support rural development and education. In the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region, the Kujawsko-Pomorski Ośrodek Doradztwa Rolniczego organized herbal workshops at Sienno Park. Led by Krystyna Strońska, the sessions taught participants about ecological herb cultivation, harvesting from natural sites, and the production of eco-friendly products such as natural facial cleansers, deodorants, and laundry powders.

In Małopolska, the 34th edition of the AGROPROMOCJA event is scheduled for September 5 and 6 in Stary Sącz. Organized by the Małopolski Ośrodek Doradztwa Rolniczego, the exhibition serves as a major hub for Polish agriculture, connecting farmers, breeders, and scientists. According to Director Bronisław Dutka, the event focuses on integrating modern technologies—such as precision agriculture, digitalization, and artificial intelligence—with traditional family farming and local food production.
