Polish Armed Forces launches

The Polish Armed Forces is organizing the third edition of the "Wakacje z wojskiem" (Vacation with the Military) program. This voluntary, free military training initiative is designed primarily for young people aged 18 to 35, including students and high school graduates, seeking an alternative to traditional seasonal work.

The program consists of three 27-day sessions held across nearly 90 locations in Poland. Participants can choose from various branches, including land forces, armored units, airborne forces, rocket forces, and the navy. Training covers basic military tactics, shooting, survival skills, hand-to-hand combat, and the operation of military equipment.

Participants will receive approximately 6,000 PLN gross in compensation, along with provided accommodation, meals, uniforms, medical care, and insurance. The program serves as a potential introduction to professional military service or the Territorial Defense Forces.
