Polish ski jumpers sweep podium at FIS Cup in Szczyrk

Polish ski jumpers achieved a dominant performance at the FIS Cup competition held at the Skalite hill in Szczyrk. In the final round, Szymon Sarniak secured first place, marking his first career FIS podium. He was followed by teammates Tymoteusz Amilkiewicz in second and Jan Galica in third, completing an all-Polish podium.

Polish representation was extensive throughout the event, with 16 athletes reaching the final series. Earlier in the competition, Adam Niżnik led after the first series and also performed strongly in the trial round, where he took first place. The event showcased significant depth in the Polish national ski jumping program, with multiple athletes placing in the top ten.
