Polish athletes miss medals at European Championships in Paris

At the European Championships in Paris, Polish open‑water swimmer Klaudia Tarasiewicz finished fourth in both the 5 km and 10 km races, missing the podium by just a few seconds. In the women's 10 km she recorded a time of 2:08:06, while in the 5 km she posted 1:02:36, both just behind the medalists.

In synchronized diving, the Polish pair Aleksandra Błażowska and Kaja Skrzek placed fifth in the 3‑metre springboard event, scoring 260.67 points and leaving the team without a medal. The competition was won by Italy's Chiara Pellacani and Elisa Pizzini. The results contrast with Poland’s success at the 2024 European Championships in Belgrade, where athletes secured three medals.
