Poland’s heat‑pump market is moving into a phase of greater maturity, with stable growth and increasing focus on installation quality, installer experience, user education and operational costs. The XIV PORT PC Congress in Mszczonów featured ministers Miłosz Motyka and Konrad Wojnarowski, who stressed heat pumps as a key pillar of the country’s energy‑security and electrification strategy and announced further legal and strategic work to support the sector.

At the same time, industry leaders warn that the biggest financial losses in window projects stem not from the product itself but from poor installation. Experts stress that thermal bridges and air‑tightness failures at the window‑wall interface can nullify the benefits of high‑performance glazing, leading to higher heating costs and reduced comfort. The sector is shifting toward selling complete mounting systems rather than isolated windows, emphasizing system‑wide design and execution to meet rising energy‑efficiency standards.
