Polish Chamber of Flexography to host webinar on printing industry cybersecurity

The Polish Chamber of Flexography (PIF) has announced an online webinar scheduled for October 21, 2026, focusing on the cybersecurity risks facing the modern flexographic printing industry.

As printing facilities become increasingly digitized—connecting machinery to order systems, manufacturer services, and client clouds—new vulnerabilities have emerged. The session, titled “When a printing house stops printing: CYBERATTACK and the continuity of flexographic production,” will use a real-world case study to demonstrate how a cyberattack can paralyze production without any mechanical failure.

Topics will include common infection vectors, such as remote machine service systems, ordering portals, and client files. Additionally, the webinar will address the implications of the National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC / NIS2) and how printing houses are affected by these regulations.
