Polish cinemas announce new film releases including ‘Księga pustyni’

Several Polish cinemas, including Muza in Lubin and Zorza in Rzeszów, have announced new film releases for late August.

A primary highlight is the family adventure film ‘Księga pustyni’ (The Desert Book), directed by Gilles de Maistre. The story follows a 12-year-old girl named Sun as she travels to the Sahara to uncover a family legend involving a boy who survived in the desert for ten years alongside ostriches and a fennec fox.

Other upcoming screenings and new titles include ‘Pucio kocha zwierzaki’, ‘Vivaldi i ja’, and a pre-release screening of ‘Mistyczka’. In Lubin, ‘Wszyscy moi wrogowie’ and ‘Psi Patrol i dinozaury’ also remain on the schedule through late August.
