Polish cities host events for National Sports Day

Various Polish cities are hosting events as part of the National Sports Day campaign to promote physical activity.

In Rzeszów, the celebration runs from September 11 to 13. The program includes a night roller skating parade through the city streets, featuring a 10 km loop and a ‘cyberpunk’ theme. The city, which holds the title of European City of Sport, also hosted ten days of free training sessions for children led by local clubs and produced interviews with local athletes.

In Konin, the 14th edition of National Sports Day will take place from September 18 to 22. The city is offering free activities for all ages, including training sessions with champion athlete Sofia Ennaoui. Other scheduled activities include jiu-jitsu, women's self-defense, MMA, pilates, nordic walking, volleyball tournaments, and excursions on Lake Pątnowskie.
