Polish cities host free cultural performances: puppet theatre in Głogów and Artystyczna Strefa Wyzwolenia in Bielsko‑Bła
The Wrocław Puppet Theatre staged the children’s play Skarpety i Papiloty in Głogów. The 60‑minute performance, funded by the Ministry of Culture, addresses themes such as feminism and equality and will be followed by a post‑show meeting with the artists. Tickets are free and will be available shortly.
On 1 August, the Plac Wojska Polskiego in Bielsko‑Biała will host the outdoor event Artystyczna Strefa Wyzwolenia. The free‑entry evening combines live music, dance, poetry and performance, featuring artists such as Aleksandra Jurczak, Sandra Brandys, Wiktoria Węgrzyn and others. The program interprets songs by Woodkid, Linkin Park, The Cranberries and more, while exploring love, freedom, spirituality and openness to others.
