Polish Cities Launch New Municipal Real Estate Offers in Bełchatów and Poznań

The city of Bełchatów announced a rental offer for a 41 m² service premises at ul. Czapliniecka 119. The space, equipped with utilities, a kitchen, and a sanitary area, is available for small gastronomy or retail businesses at a rent of 5 zł per square metre plus VAT. Viewings are scheduled between 30 July and 25 August 2026, and lease agreements will run until the end of 2026. Offers must be submitted by 26 August 2026.

Meanwhile, the city of Poznań launched an online platform (nieruchomosci.poznan.pl) to list municipal properties for sale, including plots, premises and buildings. The site provides detailed information, an interactive map and a searchable database to help investors find suitable assets. The portal went live on Monday, 27 July 2026, and includes FAQs on the purchase process.
