Polish cities Piła and Konin approve municipal land sales for industrial and shelter projects

The Piła City Hall announced that on 10 July 2026 a public oral auction will be held for two undeveloped parcels on Ceramiczna Street. The 0.1485‑ha plot (lot 327/3) and the 0.1272‑ha plot (lot 327/5) are intended for production or service use, have full road and utility connections, and will start at a reserve price of 187,000 zł with a 23 % VAT rate.

In Konin, the city council voted 20‑to‑0 to acquire two adjacent plots (0.1042 ha and 0.1617 ha) at the intersection of Poznańska and Przemysłowa streets. The land will host a collective protection shelter combined with a multi‑level parking structure, funded under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The municipality seeks 1.2 million zł for the project, which is part of a broader effort to improve safety and parking capacity in the city.
