Poland rolls out numerous new residential and school renovation projects

In Rzeszów, a mixed‑use residential complex with about 70 apartments and ground‑floor commercial units is planned on the former TV tower site; the project awaits final approval.

Bydgoszcz has completed a modernisation of its Chemistry School campus, costing 14.7 million zł and funded with over 5.7 million zł of EU support, aiming to cut energy use by up to 80 % and improve accessibility.

Rzeplin began construction of a new community centre built to passive‑house standards, with a budget of 1.24 million zł funded partly by the European Regional Development Fund, featuring energy‑saving technologies and digital facilities.

The fire‑station in Siedliska (Kuźnia Raciborska municipality) is being thermally retrofitted; the €1.4 million project is 85 % co‑financed by EU funds and includes insulation, new windows, a photovoltaic system and a pellet boiler.

Radom completed the energy‑efficiency overhaul of two public primary schools (schools No 13 and 29) at a cost of 5.7 million zł, with similar upgrades now under way at four additional schools, all financed from the National Recovery Plan.

Rzeszów’s education budget allocated 81 million zł to new or modernised school facilities, part of a broader 250 million zł investment in the city’s educational infrastructure.
