Polish cities Wrocław and Ostrołęka launch May family and cultural festivals

The second edition of the Festival for Life and Family will take place on 10 May 2026 in Wrocław’s historic Ostrów Tumski district. The event combines a public march advocating marriage and life, a family fair with children’s attractions and free psychological and family‑support consultations, and a spiritual programme that includes a Mass and a concert by the Polish Christian band “40 sons and 30 grandsons riding 70 donkeys”. The festival is coordinated by the Archdiocese of Wrocław and local pro‑family organisations.

In Ostrołęka, the Cultural Centre has announced a full May programme. Highlights include a free Mother’s‑Day concert on 11 May, a ticketed “Landscape of Love” concert on 29 May, several art exhibitions, a “Night of Museums” on 16 May featuring Korean masks, and theatrical performances for children on 25 and 28 May. A children’s music session “Enchanted Cauldron” is scheduled for 27 May. All events aim to provide cultural and recreational options for local families.
