Polish community art workshops spark creativity in Hajnówka and Bytom

On 9 May 2026, a sculpting workshop titled “ŚWIECZNIK – light and form” was held at the Hajnówka Cultural Center. Participants of all ages worked with clay and candlelight to produce functional candle‑holders, exploring texture, cut‑outs and the interplay of light and shadow.

From 3–5 August and 24–26 August 2026, the “Projekt BAZA” returned to Bytom, offering youth from care homes and local institutions three‑day art residencies. Guided by artists Joanna Pawlik and Pamela Bożek, the participants created installations inspired by the city environment and personal experiences, which will be displayed in public spaces such as the Radzionków heating plant and Bytom City Park.
