Polish companies cyber_Folks and Mirbud report improved financial results
The cyber_Folks Group reported strong financial growth for the first half of 2026, driven by its expanding e-commerce technology ecosystem. In the first quarter of 2026, revenues rose 29% year-on-year to 245.3 million PLN, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 35% to 83.1 million PLN. Net profit attributable to shareholders grew by 71% to 22.9 million PLN. This growth is attributed to organic development and the integration of entities such as PrestaShop and Shoper. The Group's ecosystem currently generates a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of approximately 160 billion PLN.
Separately, Mirbud has released preliminary financial estimates for the first half of 2026, indicating improved performance compared to the previous year. Group sales revenues reached an estimated 1.457 billion PLN, up from 1.217 billion PLN in the same period last year. Gross profit from sales rose to 132 million PLN, compared to 88 million PLN in 2025, while net profit reached 45 million PLN, up from 36 million PLN. As of late July, Mirbud reported an order book valued at nearly 9 billion PLN.
