Polish parking fines spark consumer complaints and policy debate

Investigations also target Trafipark and ANPOL.
Parking experts warn that “free” parking often obliges drivers to obtain a zero‑price ticket or register the vehicle; failure to follow such conditions can lead to additional charges. The combination of a proposed fine increase and heightened regulatory scrutiny signals a tightening of Poland’s parking enforcement regime.
