Polish construction firms secure major public infrastructure contracts

Several Polish construction firms have been selected as preferred bidders for major public infrastructure projects.

Arbud Investment, based in Radom, has emerged as the potential leader for the construction of a new nursery in Radom. The company submitted a bid of 14,707,555.05 PLN gross, which is lower than the municipal estimate of approximately 15.09 million PLN. The project, located on Marek Leykam Street, includes the building construction, site development, a playground, and modern technical installations. The facility is designed to accommodate six units with 25 children each. A final decision and contract signing are expected by November 5.

Separately, Mirbud has been notified by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn that its bid was selected for the construction of a new Municipal Police Headquarters in Elbląg. The contract is valued at 88.2 million PLN gross and includes accompanying facilities. This follows a strong financial period for the Mirbud group, which reported a 20 percent year-on-year revenue increase in the first half of 2026.
