Polish counter-terrorism police undergo tactical training in Marynin
Counter-terrorism police units from various Polish cities, including Warsaw, Lublin, Kielce, Olsztyn, Łódź, Białystok, and Rzeszów, participated in intensive tactical training at a shooting range in Marynin.
The program focused on enhancing firearms proficiency through dynamic and situational shooting exercises, including movement-based firing and combat in confined spaces. The training aimed to improve decision-making speed and precision during realistic intervention simulations.
The sessions were led by instructors Sylwester Bryk and Łukasz Owczarz, both veterans of the Commando Military Unit in Lubliniec. This initiative was part of the project ‘New challenges – effective actions – increasing Police competence in combating organized crime,’ which is supported by the Internal Security Fund for the years 2021-2027. Beyond technical skills, the event served as a platform for inter-regional cooperation and experience exchange among specialized units.
