Polish culinary reviews and restaurant transformations

Food influencer Książulo recently reviewed The Dreamers Marzyciele, a restaurant in Gdańsk's renovated Market Hall owned by Kuba Wojewódzki and Dawid Kwidziński. The review highlighted mixed results, specifically criticizing the pizza for being small, expensive, and burnt. While some items like cheese buns with truffle mayonnaise were well-received, the reviewer noted that the quality of the pizza did not match the establishment's price point.

In a separate culinary development, restaurateur Łukasz Jungto discussed his experience filming the television program ‘Kitchen Revolutions’ in Zawiercie. Jungto described the filming process as one of the most difficult periods of his life due to high stress and lack of sleep. Following the intervention by Magda Gessler, the establishment formerly known as ‘Papaluca’ has been rebranded as ‘Bistro Chrupki Jungto,’ featuring a new menu with a more distinct, authorial character.
