Polish cultural figures remembered following recent deaths

Several prominent figures in Polish entertainment and culinary arts are being remembered following their passing.

Musician Stanisław Soyka died on August 21, 2025, at the age of 66. His death was announced during the final concert of the Top of the Top Sopot Festival, leading to the interruption of the event. Additionally, tributes continue for dancer and choreographer Żora Korolyov, who died suddenly in December 2021 at age 34. Known for his appearances on “Dancing with the Stars,” the Ukrainian-Polish performer was a highly accomplished dancer and actor.
