Polish cultural institutions launch new educational programs
Cultural institutions in Poland are introducing new educational and interactive programs for children and school groups.
The Miejski Ośrodek Kultury is hosting ‘Puchatkowe pląsy’, a musical and movement-based activity designed for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Led by violinist Izabela Wojciechowska, the sessions use stories from the Hundred Acre Wood to introduce children to symphonic instruments and rhythmic play, combining music, movement, and relaxation.
Additionally, the Muzeum Tatrzańskie has launched a new educational offer for organized groups and schools. The program focuses on experiential learning through the museum's collections. Offerings include ‘Hop do muzeum!’, an introductory tour at the Muzeum Kornela Makuszyńskiego that teaches children about museum work, and sessions exploring historical toys from the 1950s to compare them with modern playthings.
