Polish developers finalize key residential and industrial real estate projects

Archicom, a national developer from the Echo Group, has completed the Południk 17 residential estate in Wrocław. The project comprises 472 apartments of various layouts, of which over 430 have already been sold. The developer received the occupancy permit and began handing over keys to owners at the end of March, confirming strong market demand for functional housing in well‑connected locations.

Separately, P.A. NOVA S.A. concluded the sale of a modern production‑office building in Zaczern. The built‑to‑suit facility, delivered in the first quarter of 2017, offers roughly 2,500 m² of rentable space on more than 1.3 ha of land with 25 parking spots. The transaction aligns with the group's strategy of developing, completing and then commercialising industrial properties, strengthening its position in the Polish commercial‑real‑estate market.
