Polish developers record strong new‑apartment sales in Q2 2026
Develii reported selling 892 new apartments in the second quarter of 2026, a 19% increase over the same period a year earlier. The company secured 125 reservation agreements by the end of June, bringing the total number of units sold in the first half of the year to 1,752, a 3% rise year‑on‑year. Strong demand, higher credit‑worthiness of buyers and a diversified offering in major markets such as Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław were cited as key factors.
Dom Development recorded sales of 1,221 units in the same quarter, up 22% versus Q2 2025 and 5% versus Q1 2026. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter with sales exceeding 1,000 units. Net sales for the first half of 2026 reached 2,382 units, a 17% increase year‑on‑year. Over half of the transactions were financed through mortgage credit. Both developers highlighted the sustained high demand for housing and the supportive credit environment as drivers of the robust performance.
