Polish developers start new residential projects in Warsaw and Gliwice

Develia has opened pre‑sales for the Głębocka Vita residential complex in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The project will comprise two four‑storey buildings with 109 apartments ranging from 28 m² studios to 103 m² five‑room units. Construction is slated to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and finish by the second quarter of 2028.

In Gliwice, a municipal housing programme is advancing a new development that includes four residential blocks with 112 new rental apartments, commercial spaces, underground garages and surrounding green areas along Dworska and Wiertnicza streets. The scheme is part of a broader city plan to deliver over 1,000 rental units by 2029 and is accompanied by related infrastructure projects such as a pedestrian link, bike shelter and a transport hub near the PreZero Arena.
