Polish drivers harassed by Ukrainians at Vinnytsia customs terminal

A video recorded at a customs terminal in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, shows three Ukrainian drivers verbally assaulting Polish truck drivers who were delivering aid. The Ukrainians used the derogatory term “pszeki” for Poles, shouted profanities and threatened the drivers, saying “there are many of us here, only a few Poles.” The footage was posted on TikTok, later removed, but copies remain online.

Ukrainian activist Natalia Panczenko, who has lived in Poland for 17 years, warned that Ukrainian children in Poland are being beaten and insulted in schools and public transport. She said the climate of fear and mutual stereotyping is growing on both sides and urged that any individual committing violence be held accountable rather than condemning entire communities.
