Polish educators receive professional advancement across multiple regions

Numerous municipalities and counties across Poland held ceremonies in late August 2026 to award the status of appointed teacher to various educators. These ceremonies included formal oaths taken by the teachers in accordance with the Teacher's Charter.

In Białystok, 243 teachers received their appointments following successful examinations. Similarly, in Toruń, 118 educators were honored, and in Radzymin, 34 teachers achieved the status after a record number of applicants passed their exams. Other regional celebrations occurred in Biłgoraj, Ciechanów, Świecie, Dobczyce, Jastrowie, and Stare Miasto.

Local officials, including mayors and starostas, attended the events to congratulate the pedagogues, emphasizing that professional advancement is a vital recognition of their experience, qualifications, and commitment to shaping the future of students.
