Polish entrepreneurs access training subsidies and accessibility consulting

Local entrepreneurs in Poland have access to various programs designed to enhance workforce skills and business accessibility through public funding.

In Pleszew, the National Training Fund (KFS) provides subsidies for employee courses and certifications. The local labor office offers administrative assistance to help business owners navigate the application process and prepare necessary documentation without incurring significant costs.

Additionally, the ‘Accessibility Institute – training and consulting for companies’ project offers free training and advisory services to help businesses design products and services that meet accessibility standards. This initiative, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+), aims to help companies reach broader audiences and gain a competitive advantage through inclusive design.
