Gmina Krzczonów Announces August 2026 Deadline for Diesel Tax Refund

The municipality of Gmina Krzczonów (Poland) has opened the second filing period for the excise‑tax refund on diesel used in agricultural production. Farmers may submit applications from 3 August to 31 August 2026, with payments scheduled for 1‑31 October 2026.

Refunds are calculated at 1.48 zł per litre of diesel and are subject to annual caps: 162.80 zł per hectare of arable land, 5.92 zł per average pig, and 59.20 zł per large livestock unit (cattle, sheep, goats, horses). Applicants must attach VAT invoices (paper copies with QR code and a 35‑character KSeF number) or verified e‑invoices. The programme will close under the current rules after this round, as a new refund system is planned for 2027. Information on the number of large livestock units (DJP) can be submitted once per year; if already provided in the February filing, it need not be repeated.

Entities: Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) · Gmina Krzczonów · Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF)
