Polish fencers sweep youth and academic national championships

At the Polish Youth Fencing Championships in Mielc, Daniel Kwiecień (Academy of Tennis Masters) earned a silver medal in the junior double, while Wiktoria Chmielewska captured the women's doubles title with Katarzyna Kliber. Magda Szymczak also won the doubles event in the national cadet classification tournament.

In the same weekend, Gliwice clubs dominated the Polish Youth Championships, with Piast Gliwice 1 winning the team title. Aleksandra Kowalska (Muszkieter) took silver in the individual women's event and Aleksander Królikowski (Piast) claimed bronze in the men’s competition. At the Academic Polish Championships in Katowice, Gabriela Wójcik of the Silesian University of Technology became the national champion in sabre, and Błażej Kurowski (also of the university) earned the silver medal in epee.
