Polish Fire Sport Championships Conclude with New Record

The 42nd Polish Fire Sport Championships were held from 16‑18 June 2026 at the Central School of State Fire Service in Częstochowa. Fifteen men's teams and a single women's team competed, with a total of 133 participants across four events: a ladder‑climb to the third floor, a 100‑metre obstacle course, a 4 × 100 metre relay with obstacles, and a combat‑training exercise.

The championships featured the first ever participation of a women's team, formed by cadets and a staff member of the Central School. The team competed in the relay and combat‑training events. A new Polish record was set in the combat‑training exercise when the Subcarpathian region recorded a time of 23.31 seconds. The overall team title was won by the Świętokrzyskie region, while Grzegorz Arczyński of the Małopolskie region claimed the individual title.
