Polish firms announce new executive appointments

Several Polish companies have announced key leadership appointments. Adam Szyller has joined ITRA Polska as Associate Director, focusing on the warehouse and industrial real estate sectors. Szyller brings over 14 years of experience in business development and commercial strategy, having previously worked with firms such as MLP Group, CBRE, and Cresa.

In the insurtech sector, Dawid Radwan is set to join the management board of Trasti, effective October 1, 2026. Radwan, a licensed actuary, transitions from McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Local Partner. At Trasti, he will oversee product development, pricing, claims settlement, strategy, and transformation, working alongside CEO Artur Olech and Vice President Anna Wójtowicz-Kotleska.
