Polish firms promote branded workwear and study leader burnout
Company attire bearing a logo is presented as a cost‑effective way for Polish businesses to enhance professionalism, customer trust and brand visibility. Experts in business psychology claim that staff in branded shirts or polar jackets convey a unified image, act as moving advertising at stores, events and on the field, and can be adapted for different climates without high expense.
A separate study of 257 Polish managers reports that roughly 80% show signs of occupational burnout. While leaders score high on cognitive and creative abilities, they struggle with physical regeneration and multitasking, with only 19% performing well in that area. Overall resilience stands at 66%, just above the world average, placing 61% of respondents in the "struggling" or "weakened" categories and only 39% in the "resilient" or "flourishing" groups. The findings suggest early-stage burnout is widespread among Polish executives.
