Polish food reviewer Książulo confronted by Italian chef and Gdańsk heckler

Italian restaurateur Irene, who runs Pani Pasta in Kraków, posted a video correcting Książulo’s misunderstanding of ragù and Bolognese sauce, explaining the term’s origins and proper use in Italian cuisine. The response highlighted the influencer’s lack of formal culinary training despite his large following.

During a recent visit to Gdańsk, Książulo and his collaborator Bartosz “Mualan” Dziadura were approached by a woman who accused them of publishing biased, paid‑for restaurant reviews. The heated exchange was recorded and quickly spread online, drawing tens of thousands of views and sparking debate about the objectivity of food‑review content. Książulo, whose YouTube channel has over two million subscribers, is known for influencing the sales of small eateries and hotels across Poland.
