Polish football transfer updates: Kamiński moves to Puszcza, Kownacki stays at Werder

Several Polish football transfer developments have concluded. Wiktor Kamiński is leaving Śląsk Wrocław to join Puszcza Niepołomice after the club activated a clause in his contract. The 22-year-old offensive player had a strong start to the 2026/27 season, recording six goals and two assists in eight matches for the Śląsk reserve team.

Separately, Dawid Kownacki will remain at Werder Bremen following the collapse of negotiations with Pogoń Szczecin. Despite being close to a move to the Ekstraklasa side, the parties failed to reach an agreement due to financial differences. The 29-year-old striker had been considered a potential reinforcement for Pogoń's attacking line.
