Polish footballers Karol Czubak and Wiktor Nowak make headlines

Polish footballers are making headlines regarding their international prospects and performances abroad. Karol Czubak, a striker for Motor Lublin, responded to his exclusion from the national team selection by coach Jan Urban. Czubak expressed that while he understands the coach's decision, he believes his consistent form in Poland over the last 1.5 years warrants consideration. He also addressed comments suggesting the Ekstraklasa level may be insufficient for national team call-ups, calling such conclusions “a bit strange.”

In contrast, 22-year-old Wiktor Nowak has seen rapid success since moving to Slavia Prague. The midfielder has recorded 5 goals and one assist in 10 Czech league matches and has already made a Champions League appearance. His impressive form led to his first senior national team call-up in September, where he was noted as a positive highlight during the recent international break.
