Polish government websites face technical disruptions

Multiple Polish government websites are experiencing technical difficulties and instability. The issues have affected various platforms, including those belonging to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.

Specifically, the Biznes.gov.pl portal is facing disruptions due to increased traffic. The Ministry of Development and Technology reported that services related to e-Doręczenia (electronic deliveries) and the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) are particularly impacted. Users have reported issues with logging in, activating e-Doręczenia addresses, and performing actions requiring verification codes.

Technical teams are working to restore stability. The Ministry has advised users not to repeatedly submit the same applications or attempts to avoid further errors and processing delays. While all entrepreneurs will be required to have an active e-Doręczenia address by October 1, 2026, officials noted that there are no penalties for failing to establish an address within the deadline due to these current technical hurdles.
