Polish guide compares mineral and chemical sunscreen filters and heat‑proof foundations

The articles explain that mineral sunscreen filters, primarily zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, work by reflecting, scattering and partially absorbing UV radiation, offering low allergy risk and stable performance. Chemical filters absorb UV rays and convert the energy to heat; modern EU‑approved chemical agents such as Tinosorb S, Tinosorb M, Uvinul A Plus and Uvinul T 150 provide high photostability. Recent formulations reduce the white cast traditionally associated with mineral sunscreens.

For makeup, three long‑wear foundations are highlighted for use in temperatures above 30 °C. Lirene City Matt delivers a matte finish, controls sebum and contains vitamins C and E. L'Oréal Paris Infaillible 32 H Fresh Wear offers SPF 25 protection, vitamin C, vitamin E and a hydrating base that resists sweat and water. Bourjois Healthy Mix combines vitamins with botanical extracts (melon, apricot, apple) to provide breathability, radiance and anti‑aging benefits. All are recommended for sustained coverage without cracking or oxidising in summer heat.
