Polish health advice spotlights skin supplements and women's urological care
Experts in Poland recommend a set of four supplements—probiotics, zinc, colostrum and collagen—to help reduce chronic inflammation that can worsen acne and other skin problems. The supplement line, marketed as LabOne, is presented as supporting gut health, immunity and skin regeneration, with early results claiming reduced redness and faster healing after seven days of use.
Separately, Polish urologist Prof. Piotr Radziszewski warns that many women silently endure urinary and pelvic health issues, often postponing medical help due to stigma. He stresses the importance of early screening, open doctor‑patient communication and preventive care to avoid conditions such as urinary incontinence or pain during intercourse, calling for routine discussion of these topics in both gynecological and urological visits.
