Polish health sector sees rapid rise in AI trust and family digital profiles

A Salesforce‑commissioned study of more than 3,200 patients across eight countries found that 61 % feel comfortable with AI in health care and 64 % would share their full medical records with AI if it speeds diagnosis. Nearly nine‑in‑ten respondents insist on easy access to a real human as a basic requirement. In the United States, 71 % of health‑care workers expect AI agents to become essential within five years, while global AI usage for health queries has grown from 2 % to about 60 % in the past two years.

In Poland, digital health platform ZnanyLekarz has expanded its Family Profile feature, launched in April, to over 500 000 family accounts domestically and more than 1.6 million worldwide. The tool lets a single user schedule appointments, store test results and manage prescriptions for multiple relatives, integrating AI‑generated visit guides and secure document sharing to streamline care for entire families.

Both findings highlight a broader shift toward unified, AI‑enhanced health‑service ecosystems, with patients and providers increasingly willing to adopt centralized digital solutions.
