Polish hospitality and retail sectors see new regional developments

The Condo.pl Hotel Group is expanding its Tremonti brand into a network of five mountain resorts. Following the success of Tremonti Karpacz, which reached a record 68 percent occupancy in 2025, the group plans to operate new condo-style developments in Szklarska Poręba, Miłków, Polanica-Zdrój, and Szczyrk. These projects, involving various investors, are expected to be completed by 2028. The most advanced project is a five-star complex in Szklarska Poręba featuring 268 apartments and a conference center.

In retail development, Finarto Investments has commenced the construction of Park Kaszuby in Wejherowo. The project, which has contracted Allcon as the general contractor, will provide 13,000 square meters of rental space, 17 retail units, and 324 parking spaces. Auchan is set to be the primary grocery operator. The facility is scheduled to open in November 2027 and will complement the existing Centrum Kaszuby.
