Polish Internal Security Agency launches recruitment, publishes salary ranges
The Internal Security Agency (ABW) has opened a hiring round for both service and civilian posts in Warsaw and its regional delegations, including Łódź. Applicants must hold Polish citizenship, have full public rights, be without a criminal record and meet health criteria. The agency seeks candidates for roles such as economic‑security analyst – requiring knowledge of economic, financial and political processes, English (minimum B2) and preferably Russian – and criminal analyst – demanding analytical thinking, English (minimum B) and familiarity with tools like i2.
ABW disclosed net monthly salaries: 6,906–7,506 zł for positions requiring higher education and 6,393–6,993 zł for those based on secondary education, plus various allowances (housing, recreation, capital, tele‑informatics, etc.). Additional benefits include flexible working hours, medical care through NFZ, extra leave days linked to service length and study‑support options.
