Polish literature highlights include new book recommendations and reviews

The Municipal Public Library in Łomża has shared a new recommendation as part of the nationwide ‘Polecam Jak Ona’ campaign. The featured book, ‘Bo chcesz być’, explores themes of second chances, love, and emotional resilience through the experiences of characters like Weronika and Damian.

Additionally, the book ‘Moja przyjaciółka Pola’ by Marta Owczarek-Boraczyńska has been reviewed. The story follows Antonina, a young girl navigating family divorce and body image issues, who discovers a magical connection to cinema legends such as Pola Negri and Charlie Chaplin through a mural.
