Polish local governments fund modern school cafeteria and psychology centre

The Powiat Ostrołęcki in the Mazovia region completed a major expansion of the Psychology‑Pedagogical Centre in Myszyńcu. The new building, costing over 4 million zł, was financed with European Union funds and regional support and provides modern, barrier‑free facilities for children, youth and families dealing with developmental challenges.

The Gmina Żychlin secured a 25 000 zł state grant under the “Meal in school and home” programme to refurbish the dining hall of the Maria Kownacka Primary School in Grabów. The project, valued at 31 250 zł, includes new kitchen equipment, LED lighting and a fresh interior, improving hygiene, safety and comfort for pupils.
