Polish martial arts clubs secure multiple medals in regional tournaments

Several Polish martial arts clubs achieved success in recent regional competitions. At the International Judo Sensei Tournament in Płock, held at the Orlen Arena, UKS Ippon MDK Kutno secured seven medals. The team earned two gold, three silver, and two bronze medals. Notable performers included Franciszek Andrzejczak, who won gold after five consecutive victories, and Alicja Kaźmierczak, who also secured a gold medal.

In a separate taekwondo event, the Wesołek Team—a collaborative group including athletes from UKS Taekwondo Pleszew—competed in the Olympic Taekwondo Tournament in Środa Wielkopolska. The combined team finished second in the team classification, earning a total of 21 medals. Among the individual successes for the Pleszew representatives were a gold medal for Antonina Mintus and bronze medals for Igor Biliński and Oliwier Mintus.
