Starting bids begin at roughly 80,000 zł, with some one‑room flats in Mirosławiec listed at 78,000 zł. Buyers must be prepared to offer higher amounts, as the final price is determined by the highest bid and many properties require extensive renovation.

Examples include a 38‑square‑metre studio in Mirosławiec, a 21‑square‑metre flat in Radom with a minimum bid of 130,000 zł, and a 24‑square‑metre unit in Dęblin starting at 160,000 zł. All apartments are sold “as‑is,” often lacking modern amenities and needing significant repair work before they can be occupied.

The agency emphasizes that prospective purchasers should have sufficient cash on hand not only for the auction price but also for the anticipated renovation costs.
