Polish Motorsport Boosted by ORLEN Academy Launch and AMO Racing's Italy Karting Entry
The ORLEN Motorsport Academy, created through a new partnership between oil company ORLEN and the Polish Motor Association (PZM), began its programme in 2025. It offers Polish young drivers financial aid, training, media‑branding support and mentorship from karting through junior Formula series, aiming to build a pathway toward Formula 1 while still requiring drivers to secure their own budgets.
Polish AMO Racing Team will compete in the seventh round of the ROK Cup Italy at Franciacorta Karting Track on 1–2 August. The squad fields five drivers – Paweł Markowski (Mini ROK), Konstantin Kaczmarczyk (Mini U10), Eryk Marona (Junior ROK), Iwo Beszterdaoraz and Aleksander Rogowski (Senior ROK) – and sees the event as a key opportunity to gain experience against Europe’s top karting talent as part of its season preparation.
