Adrian Rzeźnik becomes youngest Polish Rally Champion

Adrian Rzeźnik, a 19-year-old driver from Rzeszów, has become the youngest champion in the history of the Polish Rally Championship (RSMP). Competing for ORLEN Team and co-piloted by Kamil Kozdroń, Rzeźnik secured the title by winning the 70th Rajd Wisły.

Heading into the final round, Rzeźnik held a narrow one-point lead over Jarosław Szeja. After dominating the first day by winning all six special stages, the competition tightened on Saturday. Despite a close battle where the lead narrowed to just 6.2 seconds before the final stage, Rzeźnik maintained his composure to win the final segment and the overall rally.

This victory marks Rzeźnik's first national championship title, achieved in his debut season in the top tier of the championship. He surpassed the previous record for youngest champion, which was held by Finnish driver Esapekka Lappi.
