Polish MP Anna-Maria Żukowska condemns Kanał Zero video on office access

Anna-Maria Żukowska, chair of the Sejm Left club, reacted sharply to a Kanał Zero video that questioned the accessibility of her parliamentary offices. In a series of posts she wrote, "Gardzę wami i waszym brakiem poszanowania praw pracowniczych," accusing the outlet of manipulation and disrespect for workers' rights.

Żukowska explained that she runs seven constituency offices in the Masovian region, which require frequent travel. She confirmed that in 2025 she claimed a mileage allowance of 38 000 zł for 33 000 km of official travel, noting that she has a leased car that was listed in her asset declaration. She attached a screenshot of the declaration to prove the vehicle was disclosed.

She also detailed that the director of her offices, Kacper Grebowiec, was on vacation and had previously been on sick leave (L‑4), and that many of her staff worked remotely, making it hard for journalists to reach her. Żukowska stressed that her driver is an employee of the parliamentary club, not a personal chauffeur.
