Polish Municipal Authorities Open Public Nursery Enrollment in Koźmin and Kobyłka

The municipal offices of Koźmin Wielkopolski and Kobyłka have announced supplementary recruitment for their new public nurseries for the 2026/2027 school year. Koźmin’s Public Żłobek in Mokronos will accept applications from 1 August to 21 August 2026 at the town hall and the nursery premises. Admission is based on a points system that considers criteria such as disability, large families, and parental employment, not on the order of submission.

Kobyłka’s first public nursery, "Wesoły Konik" on Wileńska 17, will open applications on 3 August, with a deadline of 12 August 2026. Children must be at least ten months old by 1 September 2026 and reside in Kobyłka. If applications exceed available places, a points‑based evaluation will determine admission, using similar criteria to Koźmin’s process. Both municipalities provide electronic and paper application forms and outline the subsequent verification and notification schedule.
